Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.

What format are the templates and tools?

The templates provided in this program are either Microsoft word or Microsoft Excel.  Training is delivered online via our LMS.  The entire program can be accessed through a private members area on the HACCP Mentor website.

Can I implement this program in multiple businesses?

This program is a single licence only. If you wish to implement at multiple sites, please purchase an additional licence(s).

How many staff members can be trained with the included online training modules?

This program contains online training access for one (1) individual only. You can purchase discounted training subscriptions for other food handlers by clicking here or contacting us.

What 3rd party certification standards have this program template been based upon?

The requirements outlined in different GFSI recognised standards eg. SQF, BRC, FSSC22000, IFS, Primus GFS have provided the guidance on the development of this program template.
